SONY Store within a store environmental design – RCS Experience Store, Manhattan, NY

GOAL: To highlight the Sony VAIO product line and demonstrate how VAIO works with other Sony products in an interactive environment. Design a space that invites people to interact with the product.

RESULTS:
Store section was transformed into a “City Loft” featuring a living room, home office and kitchen space.

• Highest Sony laptop sales in the history of the RCS store, one day after installation!

• VAIO LS3 All-in-one results:
– Pre-installation sold 0 in 2 previous quarters.
– Post installation sold 20 in 3 weeks.
• XL3 results:
– Pre-installation sold 0 in 2 previous quarters.
– Post installation sold 6 in 1 week.
